Performance Issue when process action On Manager Self Service (Doc ID 2750852.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 Self-service HR RUP13 version, Manager Self Service

When attempting to process manager self service actions
the following error occurs.

ERROR

there is performance issue, after long time, got error "request time out".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. HR self service
2. navigate to Manager self service
3. click on Manager Actions - > Manager Actions: People Hierarchy - > bring up an employee -> Manager Actions: Performance Action - > Available Actions - > Selecct "Leave Request" -> hit "Start"
