On : 12.2.6 version, Batches
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
At line level of ingredient, output and by product ,when change subinventory from subinventory with locator control to non-locator control, locator code is cleared, but locator_id is still shown.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When change subinventory from subinventory with locator control to non-locator control, locator code is cleared, but locator_id is still shown.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: OPM All
2. Open a batch and at line level of ingredient, output and by product change subinventory from subinventory with locator control to non-locator control
3. See that locator code is cleared, but locator_id is still populated. This creates problems in material transaction page
