Goal

While integrating timecards into OTL for new hires hired in middle of the week, seeded API hxc_timestore_deposit.execute_deposit_process is getting into validation error "error in time deposit is ORA-20001: This person does not have preferences for the selected effective date".
Is there any restriction in API usage to create the mid-week hired employees timecards in OTL?
