Why when Trying to Terminate a Lease In Future are Getting The Following Error in PNQLEASE form - 'There are Approved Schedules Containing Items for This Term' ? (Doc ID 2750970.1)

In Property Manager responsibility if a lease is being terminated without performing one of below steps:

- Approve / Export all the schedules prior to the new termination date;
- Run the Export to AP/AR process for the approved schedules;
- Run the 'Transfer normalized expense and revenue to GL' program.

following error is received : "There are approved schedules containing items from this term. Please unapprove schedules in the affected periods before making this change."
