Symptoms

Problem Statement:

On : 12.2 HRMS RUP14 version, Self Service Payroll

When user trying to update Bank details from self Services ,  encountering time out on submitting the change due to poor performance .



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage payroll payment > add payment
Update lines takes long time and then  it error session time out .
