Purpose
If a customer has been set to Inactive on the Contact Center, how do you make the customer Active again?
Steps to replicate:
- Customer Support=>Customer Management=>Contact Center
- Query up the customer and go to Party Information tab.
- Set the Status to Inactive.
HOW IT NOW APPEARS IN AR
The Receivables/Customer Standard form still shows this customer as Status=Active. It was not turned off here.
HOW IT NOW APPEARS IN CONTACT CENTER
The customer is not on the LOV either by name or number. If you try to query the LOV by this customer then you get:
FRM-40212: Invalid Value for CUST_PARTY_NAME (or CUST_PARTY_NUMBER)
Since you can't query it up, you can't go to the Party Information tab to reactivate.
