Geography Hierarchy Page Gives Error When Trying To Access Postal Codes Elements (Doc ID 2751375.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view / edit city / township / village
the following error occurs.

ERROR

 'Value consists of special characters which is not allowed.'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Geography Hierarchy setup page
2. Query up code = CN (China), Province =AnHui, County = DANTU
3. On City/Township/Village page, you see Code = MA'ANSHAN
4. Click on the View Detail icon

5. Got error

The problem is with Geography Type = City/Township/Village
"/" in the Geography Type is the cause of the problem.
