ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Approved vacancy is not visible when searching from External iRecruitment Portal

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected to be able to see the vacancy while logged as External iRecruitment user

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a vacancy using iRecruitment Manager responsibility and approve it
2. Login as external candidate in External iRecruitment portal
3. Search for available jobs and noted that above vacancy is not visible
