Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) Context Value setup is not appearing - not working -  in the Buyer Work Center Pages after upgrade to 12.2

A: Purchasing Buyer Work Center - a context based setup has been done on the PO Headers flexfield.

1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center - Orders - create a new purchase order
3. Observe descriptive flexfield Context Value setup is not appearing on Orders or Agreements OA Pages
 - The context is not being recognized

The following scenario is an example of what is no longer working:

B: DFF Setup

1.Navigation : Application Developer -> Flexfield -> Descriptive -> Segments -> Search for "Test Descriptive Flexfields" in Title field

2.Unfreeze the definition.

Required = "Yes"
Displayed = "Yes"

4.Add new Context Field Value
Name = Customer Name
Segment name = CUST_NAME

5.Click on compile.

6.From Application Developer -> Descriptive Flexfields Test Page observe that context code not getting defaulted to "CUSTOMER_NAME" and hence CUST_NAME segment is not visible

The steps from the following note were implemented - yet the context is not working:
<Note 972936.1> - How to Setup Descriptive Flexfields for Purchasing Orders forms on Buyer Work Center and Core Purchasing

The setups from this note were working prior to upgrading to 12.2.9.
