Descriptive Flexfield Context Value Setup Is Not Appearing and Not Working in Buyer Work Center Pages After Upgrade to 12.2 (Doc ID 2751445.1)

Symptoms

Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) Context Value setup is not appearing - not working -  in the Buyer Work Center Pages after upgrade to 12.2

Steps:

A: Purchasing Buyer Work Center - a context based setup has been done on the PO Headers flexfield.

1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center - Orders - create a new purchase order
3. Observe descriptive flexfield Context Value setup is not appearing on Orders or Agreements OA Pages
 - The context is not being recognized

The following scenario is an example of what is no longer working:

B: DFF Setup

1.Navigation : Application Developer -> Flexfield -> Descriptive -> Segments -> Search for "Test Descriptive Flexfields" in Title field

2.Unfreeze the definition.

3.Reference Field = :$PROFILES$.AS_MAIL_RESPONSE_FIRST_NAVIGATION_FIELD
Required = "Yes"
Displayed = "Yes"

4.Add new Context Field Value
Code = CUSTOMER_NAME
Name = Customer Name
Segment name = CUST_NAME

5.Click on compile.

6.From Application Developer -> Descriptive Flexfields Test Page observe that context code not getting defaulted to "CUSTOMER_NAME" and hence CUST_NAME segment is not visible
