ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The business event oracle.apps.ont.oip.statuschange.update is not raised when the fulfillment acceptance is done for multiple lines from the order header and if the last line on order is not invoiceable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Even when fulfillment acceptance is done from the Header level for multiple lines or single line customer acceptance should be successful.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log Into order management responsibility.
2. Create an order with multiple lines
3. Make sure some lines are not invoiceable and some of them are invoiceable.
4. Progress the lines till Fulfillment Acceptance.
5. Perform Fulfillment acceptance from Order header level, perform acceptance for invoceable lines and an non-invoceable lines from the Header at once.
