On : 12.2.9 version, Installation Issues

While opening Integration Repository getting Proxy Error after ISG Setup in EBS 12.2.9

ERROR

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /OA_HTML/RF.jsp.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. opening Integration Repository
2. getting Error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open Integration Repository.

Changes

 Upgrade EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 and integrated ISG with EBS 12.2.9
