Enhancement Request Description

Current behavior:
Currently the Lease Analysis Report includes leases with future commencement date.
For example if report is run as of 31-Jan-2021 and there is a lease defined with commencement date of 01-Mar-2021, then this lease liability is included in the report. This is fine to know all liability current + future.
Desired behavior:
Need to have a version of the report that doesn't include leases with future commencement date. Just producing output for leases with commencement date <= Report As Of Date.
