New Main Appraiser Name Is Not Showing in the 'Mass Change Main Appraiser: Search' Page (Doc ID 2752384.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After entering the search criteria on the page, the list of appraisees is displayed. Select an appraisee and the search icon for New Main Appraiser
and the 'New Main Appraiser' List of Values (LOV) does not list the expected Appraisers. The Appraiser required is not listed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All available Appraisers should be listed in the LOV when using Mass Change Main Appraiser

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XX HR Professional
2. Mass Change Main Appraiser, (add / update New Main Appraiser)
3. Enter Parameters:
  
  *Plan: XX Performance Man
  *Appraisal Period: XX Appraisal 
    Supervisor Name: <supervisor's name>
    Organization: <organization name>
    x Search Appraisals with Different Main Appraisers Only
    Default view that displays only those appraisals where the main appraiser in the worker's appraisal is different from the supervisor in the workers assignment
