DFF is not displayed at Payment Process Profile Screen in View Mode (Doc ID 2752763.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.9 version, Pmt PayReports PBatch & Prepay

DFF segments are blank in Payment Process profile screen in View mode

When querying the Payment Process Profile and viewing the screen, the DFF segments are not displayed. But when Updating the Payment Process Profile, the DFF segments are visible.
