Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, ECC Lease and Finance Management
After submitting the ECC full data Load for data object okl-ast-ctr-dtls the job fails with the following error:

There is SQLException while applying load rule for dataset okl-ast-ctr-dtls for job 12,045. 1. Submit ECC full data Load for data object okl-ast-ctr-dtls

Applied fix for BUG 31843244 - R.TST122ECCV5:GSE:ASSET MANAGEMENT FULL LOAD IS FAILING
to rule out any issue with the size of the variables used for DFF strings,
which is in OKL_ECC_AM_UTIL_PVT is 120.0.12020000.53
