Symptoms

Upgraded from 12.2.3 to 12.2.9.

Attempting to submit a project for approval from the Projects (PAXPREPR) form.

Receive the following error.

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA:20002

 

Forms Runtime Diagnostics (FRD) log shows the following error:

DBMS_ERROR_CODE DataType=NUMBER Value=-20002
DBMS_ERROR_TEXT  ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'WF_NOTE' does not exist for item 'XXXWF/151280'.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_PROJECT_WF", line 276

'XXXWF' is the internal name of the custom Project Approval workflow that is being used.
