Symptoms

Users are unable to see the Upload button in the Excel spreadsheet they have created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to FA Responsibility
  2. Create and Post
  3. New Impairment
  4. Download Web ADI plugin & open EXCEL
  5. Enter data
  6. Upload data icon is not available
