ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 "Calculate Late Interest" has performance issue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

the expectation is "Calculate Late Interest" should complete in less time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Administrator > Run "Calculate Late Interest"
2. "Calculate Late Interest" has performance issues
