Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Portugal QR Code is not getting generated post patch application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
QR code should be generated per the setup done.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create manual AR transaction
2. Complete the transaction.
3. Observe signature is generated. However the QR code is not generated.
