Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to view any employees current benefits in the SSHR Mobile Application,
the following error occurs.

You are currently not enrolled in or eligible for any benefit programs.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access Mobile App
2. Employee Self-Service > Click My Information > Current Benefits > Error Appears
3. Check from OAF SSHR pages in Benefits function and programs and benefits appear fine.
