On : 12.2.9 version, Work Execution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Maintenance Super User > Maintenance Home > Assets > Mass Meter Readings

When enter mass readings, the readings appear when viewing meter reading history, but they do not appear in Asset Operational Log

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Operation Log show the update on the meter readings.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Maintenance Home > Assets > Mass Meter Readings
3. Check the Operation Log.
4. See the aforementioned issue.
