Symptoms
When attempting to run create accounting the following error occurs on Accrual events.
ERROR

Error 0 There is no entered amount for the subledger journal entry line
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to Property Manager Responsibility
1. Main Lease-->Amend the lease to Terminate the lease
2. Tools->View->Requests, Run Create Accounting
