OAS - 'All Value Passed' Radio Button is Missing in Data Model Editor (Doc ID 2753738.1)

Symptoms

Using Analytics Publisher to create a Data Model the  ‘All Values Passed’ Radio Button is missing in the Data Model created in OAS.
Where as a data model created in BI Publisher 11g with the same code, and uploaded to OAS doe show the ‘All Values Passed’ Radio Button.

Changes

Upgraded to OAS 5.5.0.
