 Human Resource (HR) PER ECC Data load is not showing in the concurrent program

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Humaan resource (HR) PER ECC should appear in te concurrent process.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into customer responsibility
2. request and report - > search for the request Human Resource (HR) PER ECC Data load
