Symptoms
If you open an expense report with more than 10 lines, the "Next 10" and "Previous" links are enabled.
If click on "next 10" the expense type entries from the first 10 will be copied to the next 10.
It's as if there is only one page of Expense Types, the other columns are fine, it's only expense type, and only on Firefox 68.
