On : 12.1.3 version, Support Codes

Internal order Transfer of item serialized at Sales order issue is not interfacing to Installed Base and throwing below error

ERROR

CSI_NO_NEG_BAL_ALLOWED - No Records were found in Install Base and Neg Qtys not allowed to error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Installed Base Administrator
2) Transaction Error Processing
