In Assignment Form, Grade List OF Values (LOV) Is Not Displaying All The Grades That Are Defined In The Application. (Doc ID 2754264.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, In the Assignment form, "Grades" List Of Values, is not showing the Grade that needs to be mapped to Employee after his promotion. Shows only Step grades with in a grade.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that, In the Assignment form, "Grades" List Of Values, should show all the Grades that are defined in the application.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to People --> Enter and Maintain.

3. Query an Employee, whose Grade needs to be changed based on promotion.

4. In the launched people form, click on "Assignment" button.

5. In the launched form, date track to the date when this change needs to be effective.

6. Now open up the "Grade" List of Values, Observe that only grade steps under one particular grade is displayed, all other grades are not displayed.

7. Since other grades were not displayed, not able to change the grade of the Person after his promotion.
