Lot Genealogy Report Errors with ORA-01000 Maximum Open Cursors Exceeded (Doc ID 2754349.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Inventory Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Genealogy Report" for some of the lots is completing with error. The following is the error message on log file:

ORA-01000: MAXIMUM OPEN CURSORS EXCEEDED

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will for specific lots with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory Responsibility
2. Run the Lot Genealogy Report (Requests > Genealogy Reports) in Where Used mode for a specific lot
