Symptoms

Schedules and Items is taking too long to complete after last CU patch was applied: 31955152:R12.PN.B and ends in error.

ERROR
-----------------------

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PN_SCHEDULES_ITEMS", line 9269
ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in Property Manager responsibility

2. Run Schedule and Items request

3. Observe that request in ending in error

4. Check log for errors message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate payment schedules and have inconsistency in financial reporting .
