Unable to add a new item - 'Gender Neutral' on the existing list for the NL seeded lookup -> HR_NL_DS_GENDER
In order to be compliant with the LGBTQ requirements the University needs to add a new sub category 'Gender Neutral' on Gender Category. However Oracle returns an error : 'You cannot create records here'.
