Closed Purchase Order No Longer Show In OTL Timecards (Doc ID 2754538.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Time Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Closed Purchase Order (PO) no longer show in OTL timecards.
The timecard was already created and approved.
The PO line was closed after invoices and receipts, and now the PO no longer displays in the timecard.

Confirmed the issue can not reproduce in Self Service timecards. The issue is not there.

If the Purchase Order (PO) line is closed users cannot enter time for close PO lines and the PO does not disappear.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Purchase Order (PO) to display in contingent worker's timecard.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Timekeeper Entry for contingent worker :

Time card has been entered and approved. PO information is visible.
PO 144795 Line 4 Type : Standard Rate

2. Timekeeer Entry:


PO Line was closed and the PO information is no longer visible on OTL Timecard
PO - blank Line - blank Type : Standard Rate


3. Purchase Order Line Type "Rate Based Temp Labor" is set to Type field: Rate Based Temp Labor that is required to interface with an Assignment.
