Symptoms

 Load Bank Statement Data ends in error as seen in the log file:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CE_BANK_STATEMENT_LOADER", line 3674
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CE_BANK_STATEMENT_LOADER", line 2691



Steps to Reproduce
1. In Cash Management navigate to Other > Programs > Run
2. Select Load Bank Statement Data and try and run this report
3. Receive error
