Observed duplicate reporting code data exists in JAI_REPORTING_ASSOCIATIONS table.
Consider the explanation with below example .

(N) to Item template attribute registration form and under Under Reporting code tab
Observed as below
Reporting type : Legal reporting
Regime : GST India
With reporting code value as 123123123.

Where such reporting code value exists as multiple records.

Steps for replication

Expected Behavior
---------------------
There shouldn't be duplicate reporting codes created as this leads to incorrect values derived.
