Symptoms
When trying to submit any transaction that involves approvals, following error appears
ERROR

An Invalid Setup has been detected for the current Transaction Type in Approvals Management. Please contact your System Administrator.
AME_EXCEPTIONS_LOG and WFSTAT shows the following error:
ORA-20001: The Approver Notification belongs to approver type WF_LOCAL_ROLES which is not registered in AME.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using "Employee Self-Service" responsibility
2. Navigate to any function that involves approvals
3. Initiate the transaction by entering the necessary details and go to Review page
4. Encounter the above error

The same issue can occur in any module (not just Oracle Self-Service Human Resources) and any function and/or transaction that involves approvals
