No Output File Is Generated When Running A Custom Request From The Employee Self Services (Doc ID 2754895.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run a custom request which is calling FNDCPPROGRAMPAGE from Employee Self Service,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
"The concurrent request 11669596 did not create an output file."


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service
2. Attendance
3.Schedule Request: Define
4.Concurrent program name: SFDA Employee Attendance report > Submit
4. "The concurrent request 11669596 did not create an output file."

What is working
If using forms the report is finishing fine and the output is getting generated.
