When trying to register a supplier from supplier registration page the reported error occurs when clicking on Continue button

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupplier Portal > Prospective Supplier Registration
2. Enter Company Details
3. Click Continue button
4. Exception error is raised
