Unable To Perform WIP Completion Transactions Through MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE (Doc ID 2755037.1)

Goal

We are working on a project integrate some PLC's with Oracle EBS 12.2.5 using Oracle SOA Services to submit the transactions. We are only able to do so by using Lot Selection Method - Transactions History and Alternate Lot Selection Method - Receipt Date. This does not fit into our current solution since we are also using Oracle Mobile for WIP Completions. The issue we have is that when users complete transactions through Oracle MSCA, the wrong lot numbers are being defaulted. This has also caused issues downstream in the functional flows of our processes. The Lot Selection Method we are required to use is Manual. I have found the following document, Standard API/Interface Needed to Perform Work Order Completion: WIP Assembly Completion Transaction For Discrete Jobs Can Be Performed Through Mtl_Transactions_Interface Table (Doc ID 458801.1), but this does not solve our current issue. The material must be issued to the job using Assembly Pull as well as this is required for our Lot Genealogy.
