AR_S_00067 Misc Receipt Not Processed by Create Accounting, No Error/Invalid Events (Doc ID 2755110.1)

Symptoms

When running Create Accounting, misc receipts are not getting accounted.  There are no errors or invalid events raised.
The misc receipt event remains unprocessed even after Create Accounting is run.

When reviewing the data in AR_MISC_CASH_DISTRIBUTIONS the EVENT_ID is null.

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Control > Request > Run
Program: Create Accounting
