Error: JG_PO_LINES Is Not Compiled, When Logged In From German Language And Creating Purchase Order From Buyer Work Center And While Click On Add 5 Rows Button (Doc ID 2755370.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, HTML Orders

With German language, when attempting to create purchase order from buyer work center and while click on Add 5 Rows, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The Info-Flex field with the application name "Regional Localizations " (JG) and the name "JG_PO_LINES" (JG_PO_LINES) is not compiled. Contact your system administrator.

and following error occurs while compile flexfield

Error:

The descriptive flexfield "JG_PO_LINES" of application "Regional Localizations" uses features which are only supported in Oracle Forms. This flexfield may not function in other environments such as OA Framework or PL/SQL APIs.
The context field uses reference field "REFERENCE_FIELD".
BLOCK.FIELD references are only supported in Oracle Forms.


STEPS

1.Login to application with German language
2.Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> Orders
3.Create Standard Purchase Order
4.Enter Header details and click on Lines tab
5.Click on Add 5 Rows button
6.The following error occurs:

The Info-Flex field with the application name "Regional Localizations " (JG) and the name "JG_PO_LINES" (JG_PO_LINES) is not compiled. Contact your system administrator.

7.Navigate to System Administrator Responsibility -> Application -> Flexfield -> Descriptive -> Segments
8.Query by Application 'Regional Localizations' and Title 'JG_PO_LINES' and Compile
9.Reported error occurs.
