Process Instructions Not Get Copied From Routing Step To Batch Step (Doc ID 2755557.1)

Symptoms

In 12.2.8 Production ,

System is not copying the process instructions created in Routing to the Batch Steps.


Steps to Reproduce:
==================
1) Create a New version of Routing By duplicating the earlier version of
Routing.
2) Tools --> Edit Text
3) Saved the Text.
4) Created a batch using this Routing.
5) Batch Steps doesn't have the text details captured at the time of
Routings.
