Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Shipping Transactions form

When attempting to Access the Shipping Operations HTML Page
after recently upgrading from Release 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 and the
following error occurs.

ERROR

Receiving 504 Gateway Time-Out
The serve didn't respond in time.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: Shipping Operations
2. Deliveries
3. Query on Status = OPEN
4. Receiving 504 Gateway Time-Out
