Running the Load Segment Values and Hierarchies process. The hierarchies are loaded but the log returns the following error...

Post-processing of request XXXXXXXX failed at XX-XXX-20XX 09:24:57 with the error message:

One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

The OPP log displays the following message:

oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException:
oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.PostProcessorException: oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException

Hierarchies are loaded successfully. Only the posting processing actions appear to be an issue.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Log into a General Ledger responsibility.

2. Navigate to Reports/Request/Standard

3. Query Load Segment Values and Hierarchies

4. Enter required parameters

5. Submit process.

6. Log contains error message.

Database migration to RAC (Real Application Cluster).
