Problem Summary
Unable to access Concurrent logs and output files from user interface.

Problem Description
After JAN CPU 2021 patching with AD and TXK delta 12, unable to access the request logs and output files from request form.

The log and output files are available from the file system when checking the $APPLCSF\$APPLLOG and $APPLCSF\APPLLOUT directories.

No error is generated.

Page becomes blank.




1.  Navigate to Concurrent -> Request -> Query up request.

2.  Press Submit button to submit request.

3.  Click on View Log or View Output button in the page.

4.  Screen becomes blank.


Applied Jan CPU and AD and TXK delta 12 patches.

This can also occur when cloning applications from OEL8 to RHEL7.
