AR_S_00069 Transaction Not Processed by Create Accounting, No Error/Invalid Events (Doc ID 2755885.1)

Symptoms

 When running Create Accounting, transactions are not getting accounted.  There are no errors or invalid events raised. 
The transaction event remains unprocessed even after Create Accounting is run.

When reviewing the data in RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_ALL the EVENT_ID is null.

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Control > Request > Run
