Problem Statement
A dropship sales order can not be canceled due to the following error, even though a related purchase order is canceled.

Error
You are not allowed to cancel Order Line because: Order Line has associated Purchase Orders Approved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a dropship sales order.
2. Execute Workflow Background Process for OM Order Line.
3. Execute Requisition Import.
4. Create a purchase order via Standard Purchase Order Interface.
5. Cancel a purchase order.
6. Try to cancel a dropship sales order, but it can not be done due to the above error
