ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Portugal QR code issue.
For Point Q the RSA encrypted key 1st,11th,21st and 31st characters are not correctly picked.

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For Point Q the RSA encrypted key 1st,11th,21st and 31st characters should be correctly picked.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AR transaction and complete it
2. Generate QR code on the transaction.
3. Observer the code is generated incorrectly.
