HTML Move Order Screen Dynamic Entry Feature Not Working With Destination Locator (Doc ID 2756086.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Trying to create Move Order Line using the HTML Standard Move Order OAF Screen and the Create Button is disabled for the Destination Locator.
The Dynamic Entry Feature enabled

Expected Behavior

Expect to be able to create dynamic locator using the HTML move order form.
Note... The Standard Move Order form Screen working normally

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Inventory > Move Orders > HTML Move Orders
2. Choose Organization and click button 'Create Order'
3. Populate required fields
4. Try to create dynamic locator
