Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Oracle iProcurement, Release 12.2.10, there is a performance issue when opening the iProcurement Home Page (Shopping Home Page) and also when opening the page for an iProcurement store.

It is taking more than ten (10) minutes to open the iProcurement page.  The performance is similar when opening a store page.
It is expected that it will take just a few seconds for the pages to open.

The problem occurs if a user has a lot of requisitions (example, 200), it takes an excessive amount of time, sometimes not returning at all and the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No response from page for many minutes (around 30) until the page times out.
  Failure of Web Server bridge

The page opens if few requisitions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS
2. Select iProcurement responsibility
3. No response from page for many minutes until the page times out.
    Failure of Web Server bridge
