Service HTML - Export Of Charges Estimate / Actuals Lines Not Showing Correctly In XLS Output (Doc ID 2756323.1)

The Export to Excel functionality is enabled by setting the profile option, "FND: Enable BNE Table Integration", to True at the user level(To allow the icon for Export All Items to appear on page).
In the Service application in the HTML Contact Center the export icon is visible but the export is not complete.
HTML Contact Center > Open an SR > Service and Charges Logistics.
When exporting either Actual or Estimate lines, the spreadsheet is created but many of the columns are EMPTY.
