Getting error while trying to enter Tax Payer ID for Argentina Supplier

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field PRIMARY_ID_NUMBER

STEPS
-----------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Payables Super User responsibility.
2. Go to Argentine Localization > Company Information > Business Relationships
3. Enter the Taxpayer ID and notice the error message.
